AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing or using the website of The Yoga Shed, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
SERVICES
The Yoga Shed offers yoga classes, Reiki and sound healing sessions, and Ayurvedic health counseling. All services are provided by Katie and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
BOOKING AND PAYMENTS
All bookings are made through our online booking system and are subject to availability. Full payment is required at the time of booking. By completing a booking you agree to our cancellation and refund policy outlined below. Payments are processed securely through Wix Payments.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 24 or more hours before your scheduled session will receive a full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable
You may reschedule your session at any time before your scheduled appointment
In the event that The Yoga Shed cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule
HEALTH AND WELLNESS DISCLAIMER
The services offered by The Yoga Shed are intended for general wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before beginning any new wellness practice, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY
By booking a session you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate. You agree to:
Inform Katie of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to your session
Take responsibility for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during sessions
Arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled session
Treat all participants and staff with respect
WOMEN-ONLY POLICY
The Yoga Shed is a women-only establishment. All in-person classes and sessions are open to women only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with this policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and logos is the property of The Yoga Shed, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Yoga Shed, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
